Students from the Western Suburbs will lose out the most as a result of the mass redundancies announced at Victoria University. With over 250 staff to be made redundant by the Victoria University Vice-Chancellor Liz Harman, the quality of degrees and availability of student services will inevitably suffer.
Students at Victoria University are being made to suffer just as much as staff. Students will face large class sizes, course cuts, campus closures and fewer services.
